Receiving an email may take up to ten minutes, depending on the email provider. If more than ten minutes have passed and the email is still not in your inbox, your internet provider may have marked our emails as spam.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check your spam folder. If you find any of our messages there, mark them as "Not spam".
Add [email protected] to your list of trusted email contacts or safe senders.
Some email providers automatically delete messages marked as spam. To prevent this, adjust your email settings to save a copy of potential spam messages. Since these settings vary by email provider, search on Google for "How can I change my spam settings?" along with the name of your email provider.
