Below is an overview of the steps and documents needed to register a business account with Amdax.
1. Registration
To register a business account, go to my.amdax.com. Make sure you have a valid identification document (passport, ID card, or driver's license) ready.
2. Uploading Documents
To complete your registration, we require the following documents:
Company Articles of Association
The most recent version of this document.Bank statement in the company’s name
The statement must not be older than three months.Recent Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract
Ensure that the extract is no older than three months. If affiliated entities exist, also provide their KvK extract.Organizational chart
If there is a multi-layered structure (two or more layers between the UBO and the company), please provide an organizational chart including ownership percentages and participations.UBO declaration
Complete and sign the attached UBO declaration.UBO extract or KvK confirmation letter for UBO registration
A certified extract from the KvK UBO register no older than two months or the most recent confirmation letter you received from the KvK after UBO registration.Verification of the source of investment funds
If the funds to be deposited originate from business activities, please provide the most recent (final) annual financial statement.Transaction history of crypto purchases
If you wish to transfer crypto to Amdax, please provide an overview of previous purchases made on other platforms.
3. KYC Verification
As part of our standard onboarding process, we conduct a 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) check. This is required to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to ensure full compliance.
4. Activating Your Business Account
Once the KYC process is successfully completed, an agreement will be drafted and signed. After this, your account will be activated, and you can start investing
