Under anti-money laundering regulations, we are required to retain certain personal data for a minimum of 5 years after an account is closed. This pertains to the 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) data that we currently store. The regulator may request this information from Amdax. This means that when a request to delete personal data is submitted, we cannot delete all data. However, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, we will delete all non-KYC-related data when requested.
